Babeth Fonchie Fotchind

Babeth Fonchie Fotchind is a writer and poet. Her poetry is bodily, vulnerable and yet playful. She is able to make the reader look further and put the unspeakable into words. Babeth has published in Kluger Hans, De Revisor, De Groene Amsterdammer, Lilith Mag and ELLE Magazine among others. She was selected for the writing residency of deBuren and the Fellowship of the Dutch Foundation for Literature. VOGUE chose her as the next talent to watch and she was nominated for Harpers Bazaar Women of the Year Award. Currently she is working on her debut novel and a new poetry collection.
