Sien Josephine Teijssen is a Belgian casting director and founder of Sien Josephine Casting. She works across feature films and television series throughout Europe, the UK and the US, bridging European and Anglo-American casting practices and talent networks. Alongside creative casting, she works on international talent discovery and strategic cast attachments, connecting productions with talent across borders.

In 2025, her work on Julie Keeps Quiet received an Artios Award nomination for Outstanding Achievement in Casting.

Beyond her casting work, Sien serves on the board of the CSA Global Chapter, where she contributes to international initiatives that foster collaboration, support emerging talent and advance the role of casting within the global screen industry.
